IMARQ is a private system operated by Geotechnical Testing Center for Engineering Consulting for its own staff to record field inspections and materials tests. It is not a consumer app and is not offered to the general public. This policy explains what the app handles and why.

IMARQ نظام خاص تُشغّله مركز اختبارات التربة للاستشارات الهندسية لموظفيها لتسجيل الفحوص الميدانية واختبارات المواد. ليس تطبيقاً استهلاكياً ولا يُقدَّم للعموم. توضّح هذه السياسة ما يتعامل معه التطبيق ولماذا.

Information we handle

The app handles the information needed to do the work: a staff member's account details, the inspection and testing data they enter, and basic technical data required to run the service securely.

يتعامل التطبيق مع البيانات اللازمة لإنجاز العمل: بيانات حساب الموظف، وبيانات الفحص والاختبار التي يدخلها، وبيانات تقنية أساسية لتشغيل الخدمة بأمان.

How it is used and shared

The information is used only to operate the inspection workflow. It is not sold and not used for advertising, and is shared only with the service providers needed to run the system. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

تُستخدم البيانات فقط لتشغيل سير عمل الفحص. لا تُباع ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات، ولا تُشارك إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل النظام. والبيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS).

Retention & your rights

الاحتفاظ وحقوقك

Information is kept as long as the laboratory's obligations require. A staff member who wants to access or correct their information should contact their administrator at Geotechnical Testing Center for Engineering Consulting.

تُحفظ البيانات طوال ما تقتضيه التزامات المختبر. ومن أراد الاطلاع على بياناته أو تصحيحها فليتواصل مع مدير النظام في مركز اختبارات التربة للاستشارات الهندسية.
